Diverse Auto Lights LLC is a Florida limited liability company with its principal business address at 1821 Tallokas Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32805, USA. Throughout this Agreement, "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Diverse Auto Lights LLC. "Customer," "you," and "your" refer to any individual or business purchasing Products from the Company.
These Terms apply to both commercial purchasers and individual consumers.
1. Product Descriptions and Condition
1.1 Product Information
Diverse Auto Lights LLC specializes in used Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) automotive headlights (headlamps).
Products offered for sale may be previously installed, removed from donor vehicles, or otherwise previously used automotive components.
Each Product is listed with its available description, condition, photographs, specifications, and identifying information.
Customers acknowledge that previously used automotive parts may exhibit reasonable signs of prior use, including minor cosmetic imperfections, provided such conditions are not inconsistent with the Product's description or representations made by the Company.
1.2 Product Condition and Inspection
Products are inspected and tested according to the Company's applicable inspection procedures before shipment.
Condition descriptions such as "Like New," "Grade A," "Tested," "Clean Lens," and "Tabs OK" are intended to communicate the observed condition of the Product at the time of inspection.
Unless expressly stated in the listing or otherwise agreed in writing, cosmetic condition descriptions do not constitute a guarantee that a previously used Product will be free from every minor cosmetic imperfection.
1.3 Photographs and Product Representation
Product photographs are provided to assist Customers in identifying and evaluating the listed Product.
Actual Products may have minor variations in appearance due to lighting, photography, manufacturing revisions, or differences between production batches.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, and identifying information accurately represent the merchandise being offered.
Nothing in this section permits the Company to misrepresent a Product or exclude remedies available under applicable law.
2. Vehicle Compatibility and Fitment
2.1 Customer Responsibility
Automotive lighting components may vary according to vehicle year, make, model, trim level, production date, lighting configuration, and original equipment specifications.
Customers are responsible for verifying that the selected Product is compatible with their intended vehicle before completing a purchase.
Where available, Customers should verify compatibility using:
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part number.
- Vehicle year, make, and model.
- Trim level and production configuration.
- Driver-side or passenger-side application.
- Halogen, HID, LED, adaptive, or other lighting configurations.
2.2 Fitment Assistance
Customers who are uncertain about compatibility are encouraged to contact the Company before purchasing.
Customers may submit their VIN and relevant vehicle information through the Company's quote request process.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to assist with fitment verification based on the information provided.
2.3 Incorrect Fitment
The Company is not responsible for compatibility issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete vehicle information supplied by the Customer.
Where an incorrect Product is supplied due to an error in the Company's product description, order fulfillment, or confirmed fitment representation, the matter will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the applicable return and warranty provisions.
3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
3.1 Pricing and Currency
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process, where required.
For international transactions, Customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other government-imposed fees.
3.2 Payment Requirements
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or released for shipment, unless the Company has expressly approved alternative payment arrangements in writing.
The Company accepts payment methods displayed at checkout or otherwise authorized by its representatives.
By submitting payment, the Customer authorizes the applicable payment provider to process the transaction for the amount due.
3.3 Outstanding Payments
Orders with outstanding balances may be placed on hold until payment has been received and verified.
The Company reserves the right to delay processing or shipment of unpaid orders.
3.4 Pricing Errors
The Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product pricing and availability.
If a material pricing or listing error is identified, the Company reserves the right to contact the Customer to correct the error or cancel the affected order.
If an order is cancelled due to a genuine pricing error, any amount already collected for that order will be refunded.
3.5 Unauthorized Transactions
The Company reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious transactions and may delay, suspend, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to protect the Company and its Customers.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
4.1 Order Acceptance
An order confirmation or automated acknowledgment does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary due to:
- Product unavailability.
- Inventory discrepancies.
- Material pricing or listing errors.
- Suspected fraudulent transactions.
- Payment authorization or verification failures.
- Other legitimate operational or legal reasons.
If payment has already been collected for an order that is cancelled by the Company, the applicable amount will be refunded.
4.2 Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request order cancellation before the Product has been dispatched from the Company's facility.
Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly and are subject to confirmation by the Company.
4.3 Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, it can no longer be treated as an ordinary pre-shipment cancellation.
Customers who no longer wish to keep a shipped Product must follow the Company's return authorization procedure, subject to applicable law.
4.4 Company-Initiated Cancellation
If the Company determines that an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, the Customer will be notified and any applicable payment collected for the unfulfilled order will be refunded.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
5.1 Shipping Arrangements
The Company ships Products using available third-party shipping carriers and logistics providers.
Shipping methods, estimated delivery dates, and applicable charges will be communicated during checkout or through the Company's order communications.
5.2 Delivery Estimates
All delivery dates and transit times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier or logistics provider.
Actual delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier operations, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, and other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to assist Customers in tracking delayed shipments.
5.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and responsibility for Products during transportation will be determined by the agreed shipping terms and applicable law.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers responsibility for loss or damage to the Customer earlier than permitted by applicable law.
The Company will reasonably assist with carrier investigations and claims involving lost or damaged shipments.
5.4 Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
The Company is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the Customer, subject to applicable law and the Company's obligations.
Requests to change a shipping address after an order has been dispatched may not be possible.
6. Shipping Damage and Claims
Report Within 7 Days6.1 Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.
Any visible or concealed shipping damage should be reported to the Company within seven (7) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
This reporting period is intended to facilitate timely investigation and carrier claim processing.
6.2 Required Documentation
Customers reporting shipping damage may be requested to provide:
- Photographs of the exterior shipping carton, including all sides.
- A clear photograph of the shipping label and tracking information.
- Photographs of internal packaging materials.
- Clear photographs of the damaged Product.
- A description of the damage and the date it was discovered.
Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.
6.3 Preservation of Packaging
Customers should retain the damaged Product, original shipping carton, and internal packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed and resolved.
The shipping carrier may require an inspection or additional documentation before processing a damage claim.
6.4 Claim Review and Resolution
Upon receiving a shipping damage report, the Company will review the submitted information and determine the appropriate next steps.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the resolution may include replacement merchandise, a refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Failure to report damage within the requested seven-day period may affect the Company's ability to investigate or pursue a carrier claim. However, this requirement does not automatically eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
7. Returns and Refunds
30-Day Return Window7.1 Return Window
Customers must submit return requests within thirty (30) calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.
Return requests submitted after this period may be declined, subject to applicable statutory rights and any separate written agreement with the Company.
7.2 Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Customers may initiate a return through the following process:
- Sign in to the Company's website using the same email address associated with the original order.
- Navigate to My Orders.
- Select the applicable order and submit a return request.
- Follow the instructions provided by the Company.
- Obtain the approved RMA and return shipping instructions before sending the Product.
Customers may also contact sales@diverseautolights.com for assistance.
Products shipped without proper return authorization may be refused or returned to the sender at the Customer's expense, where legally permissible.
7.3 Return Conditions
Because the Company sells previously used OEM automotive parts, returned Products must be in substantially the same condition as when received.
To qualify for an eligible return, Products must:
- Not have been improperly installed or damaged after delivery.
- Not have been modified, altered, or disassembled.
- Include all components, accessories, and mounting hardware originally supplied, where applicable.
- Be adequately packaged to prevent additional damage during transportation.
- Be accompanied by a valid RMA number.
Reasonable evidence of prior use consistent with the original product listing will not, by itself, make a Product ineligible for return.
Products returned in a condition materially different from their delivered condition may be subject to inspection and review before a return decision is made.
7.4 Restocking Fee
Approved customer-requested returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) of the original Product purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.
The restocking fee compensates the Company for reasonable inspection, handling, repackaging, testing, and inventory processing costs.
Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated to the Customer before the return is finalized.
Restocking fees will not be applied to qualifying warranty claims, Company fulfillment errors, or other situations where such charges are prohibited by applicable law.
7.5 Final Sale Products
Products identified as "Clearance," "Closeout," "Open-Box," or "Custom-Built" may be designated as final sale and excluded from ordinary change-of-mind returns.
However, final-sale designations do not eliminate any applicable rights or remedies relating to qualifying defects, misrepresentation, shipping damage, or other matters that cannot legally be excluded.
7.6 Return Merchandise Authorization Validity
Unless otherwise stated in the RMA instructions:
- RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from issuance.
- Prepaid UPS return labels expire fifteen (15) calendar days from the date they are emailed.
- Products must be shipped within the applicable authorization and label validity periods.
Customers requiring additional time should contact the Company before the authorization or shipping label expires.
7.7 Return Shipping Labels
Where a prepaid UPS return label is provided, it covers one standard package measuring up to 32 × 16 × 15 inches and weighing no more than 20 pounds.
Additional shipping charges arising from packages exceeding these limits may be deducted from an applicable refund where the Customer is responsible for those charges and such deductions are legally permissible.
Customers must follow the return shipping instructions provided with their RMA.
7.8 Inspection and Refund Processing
Returned Products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If a return is approved, the applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible, subject to the payment provider's processing procedures.
Approved refunds will reflect any properly disclosed and applicable restocking fee or authorized return shipping deduction.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Nothing in this section limits refund obligations imposed by applicable law.
8. Limited Product Warranty
60-Day Warranty8.1 Warranty Period
Diverse Auto Lights LLC provides a limited warranty of sixty (60) calendar days beginning on the confirmed delivery date of the Product.
The warranty applies to qualifying defects in material and workmanship that arise during the applicable warranty period, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in this Agreement.
8.2 Warranty Coverage
Products are inspected and tested before shipment in accordance with the Company's applicable inspection procedures.
If a Product develops a qualifying defect covered by this limited warranty during the sixty-day warranty period, the Customer may submit a warranty claim for review.
The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify the reported defect before approving a warranty remedy.
8.3 Warranty Resolution
Replacement is the Company's preferred warranty resolution when a qualifying defect is confirmed and a suitable replacement is available.
Depending on the circumstances, product availability, and applicable legal requirements, the Company may provide:
- A replacement Product.
- A refund where appropriate or legally required.
- Another mutually agreed resolution.
The Company will communicate the approved resolution to the Customer after reviewing the warranty claim.
Nothing in this section restricts remedies that the Customer is legally entitled to receive.
8.4 Scope of Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty covers the qualifying automotive lighting Product or component only.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing, the warranty does not cover:
- Labor, installation, or removal expenses.
- Programming, coding, calibration, or vehicle configuration.
- Diagnostic testing or troubleshooting expenses.
- Mechanical inspection charges.
- Towing, flatbed services, or rental vehicle expenses.
- Substitute transportation costs.
- Loss of time, inconvenience, or business interruption.
- Other indirect or consequential losses, to the extent legally permissible.
8.5 Warranty Claim Requirements
Customers requesting warranty assistance should provide:
- Original order number or invoice number.
- Product SKU or OEM part number.
- Clear photographs or videos showing the reported issue.
- A description of the defect or malfunction.
- Relevant vehicle information, including VIN where necessary.
- Additional diagnostic information reasonably requested by the Company.
The Company may require the Product to be returned for inspection before approving a replacement or refund.
Customers must obtain return authorization before shipping a Product for warranty inspection.
8.6 Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:
- Improper installation, handling, or storage.
- Unauthorized modification, alteration, or disassembly.
- Physical damage resulting from accidents, impact, or misuse.
- Improper wiring or electrical connections.
- Incompatible vehicle electrical systems or components.
- Water intrusion resulting from improper installation or unauthorized modification.
- Damage caused by external electrical faults, voltage irregularities, or other vehicle system failures.
- Normal wear and deterioration consistent with the Product's previously used condition.
- Conditions expressly disclosed in the Product listing before purchase.
A warranty claim may be denied where the Company reasonably determines, based on inspection and supporting evidence, that the reported problem resulted from an excluded cause rather than a defect covered by this warranty.
The existence of an excluded condition does not automatically invalidate an otherwise unrelated qualifying warranty claim.
8.7 No Coverage for Unauthorized Repairs
Customers should contact the Company before attempting repairs, modifications, or disassembly of a Product suspected of being defective.
Unauthorized repairs or alterations that cause or materially contribute to the reported defect may affect warranty eligibility.
8.8 Statutory Rights
This limited warranty provides specific contractual rights. Customers may also have additional rights under applicable federal and state law.
Where applicable, statutory consumer protections and non-waivable warranty rights remain in effect.
9. Replacement Parts and Warranty Claims
9.1 Replacement Availability
Replacement Products are subject to inventory availability.
Where an identical replacement is unavailable, the Company may offer a reasonably comparable alternative, subject to Customer approval.
A different Product will not be substituted without the Customer's agreement.
9.2 Return of Original Product
The Company may require the original Product to be returned for inspection before shipping a replacement.
Customers must follow the provided return instructions and must not independently dispose of or alter the Product while a warranty claim is pending.
9.3 Replacement Shipping
Shipping arrangements for approved warranty replacements will be communicated by the Company.
Where a replacement is required to satisfy the Company's warranty obligations or applicable law, the Company will handle applicable shipping costs in accordance with those obligations.
9.4 No Automatic Extension
Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing, issuing a replacement does not automatically extend the original warranty period.
10. Limitation of Liability

The Company recommends installation by a qualified automotive technician familiar with the specific vehicle and lighting system.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any installation is performed properly and in accordance with applicable vehicle and safety requirements.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Any arbitration agreement must comply with applicable federal and state law and the applicable arbitration provider's rules.
Nothing in this section prevents a Customer from exercising any applicable statutory right to pursue a claim in small claims court or another legally available forum.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
The Company may collect and process information necessary to facilitate orders, process payments, arrange shipping, provide customer support, administer warranty claims, and comply with legal obligations.

The Company may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a lawful business transfer, restructuring, or succession, subject to applicable law.
